How to place engagement at the heart of your club: Cracking the code! Lincoln City’s Fan Engagement

Continuing on from our Summer Fan Engagement Network event at Bristol Rovers FC, we’re looking at more about how to connect Fan Engagement and fan experience, and drive income, whilst remaining in touch with your fans at all levels.

Lincoln City have for a number of years been a club who manage to prioritise this as part of how the business operates, and they get it right consistently. Similar Rovers, multi-level dialogue – from the matchgoing fan to the supporter-director, all fans have the chance to feed in, ensuring that many more times often than not, the right decision gets made. ‘Dialogue’ (a two-way process that means is part of the culture of the business, not just a tick-box.

Below is the presentation the club did at the second Fan Engagement Network event online with Jugo on 30 November 2023. The presentation explains their strategy, and how it feeds into the system of strategy and decision making at the club.
