Whatever’s going on in Fan Engagement, it’s our mission to make it more easily understood, measured and improved. That’s the purpose of the Fan Engagement Index.

We hear a lot about how clubs are so different from each other, but we think they share the same DNA, and so should share more of how they do their Fan Engagement. So we also pick out some of the detail of what clubs are doing, and share it more widely via the hub.
