Kev is an expert in Fan Engagement. He’s got years of experience working across football with fans, their representatives, clubs, leagues, governing bodies & other stakeholders in football and sport across the UK, Europe & the World.

Natasha Simms, Fan Engagement and Communications Associate

Natasha is a communications professional with experience in the financial services industry. She holds a MSc in Sports Management and has experience working with sports clubs and organisations in England and Ireland. She’s currently undertaking a Professional Diploma in Sports Communication and Fan Engagement with the Barca Innovation Hub Universitas and supports Kevin in business development and project work.

Andrea Rossi, Research Associate

Andrea is an early-career professional with a background in business administration and international communication. Over his journey, he has developed research on social impact, as well as community and fan engagement in football. This work led him to design a social value measurement framework to support clubs and attract potential new funding and revenue, first developed in collaboration with AFC Sudbury, in Suffolk. He works with TFE to develop its of research and insights.
