Cardiff City Blue Army

Cardiff City have long since been known for their progressive work relating to fans, specifically concerning matchdays, driven by their Supporter Liaison Officer and wider supporter relations team.

They’ve been working hard with the Blue Army, a group of younger fans, doing brainstorming sessions to help bring their point of view into how they can make their presence felt at the club. The work is carried out through their SLO, Paul Corkery.

This is a good example of clubs recognising the different needs of different groups of fans, and something SLO and supporter relations teams can and should deliver.
